titleOfInvention Electrochemical detection method of high-concentration denatured bovine serum albumin
abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of sensors, and discloses an electrochemical detection method of high-concentration denatured bovine serum albumin. The method comprises the steps of inducing BSA (bovine serum albumin) to be denatured by urea, adding a certain proportion of MB, reacting for a period of time, transferring the obtained product to a container with an Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) electrode with a constant area, and carrying out linear sweep voltammetry testing. The oxidation peak current density of MB showed a good linear relationship with the amount of denatured BSA. The method has the characteristics of simple operation, low cost and good biocompatibility, realizes the detection of the high-concentration denatured BSA by visually observing the BSA denaturation through the added MB, and has wide application prospect in the field of biosensing electrochemical detection.
