abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of packaging materials, and particularly relates to waterproof flame-retardant tipping paper which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of softwood pulp, 50-70 parts of hardwood pulp, 3-5 parts of cationic polyacrylamide, 10-15 parts of hydroxypropyl starch, 0.5-2 parts of sodium metasilicate, 1-2 parts of gelatin, 3-5 parts of polyethylene glycol, 1-2 parts of modified titanium dioxide and 3-8 parts of flame retardant auxiliary agent; the preparation method of the flame retardant auxiliary agent comprises the following steps: dissolving 10-20 parts of magnesium dihydrogen phosphate in deionized water, and then adding 20-40 parts of silane coupling agent to obtain solution A; dissolving 5-10 parts of chitosan in acetic acid to obtain a solution B; then mixing the solution A and the solution B together to obtain a solution C, and carrying out ultrasonic oscillation for 20 min; adjusting the pH value of the solution C to be alkaline, separating out a precipitate, continuing ultrasonic oscillation for 20min, standing and aging, filtering out the precipitate, washing with water, washing with ethanol, drying, and grinding.
