titleOfInvention | SNP molecular marker and primer for identifying apple fruit ester flavor character and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses an SNP molecular marker for identifying the 'ester odor type' character of apple fruits, a primer and application thereof, wherein the molecular marker is A ↔ G conversion type. According to the molecular marker, an amplification primer and an SNP gene chip are developed, and the early identification of the apple fruit ester volatile component character is realized. The SNP molecular marker and the SNP gene chip can realize the rapid and accurate identification of the content of the volatile components of the apple esters, and reduce the time and the economic cost for breeding the apple seedlings. The invention provides a marker resource for molecular marker-assisted breeding of apple flavor quality, lays a foundation for breeding high-quality new germplasm by using a genetic engineering means, and has important theoretical significance and practical application value. |
