The invention provides an ultra-low smoke density damping fin with good damping property and a preparation method thereof, wherein the damping fin is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 10-12 parts of acrylate rubber, 2-3 parts of antioxidant, 1-2 parts of carbon black, 20-22 parts of mica, 20-22 parts of vermiculite powder, 5-6 parts of calcium carbonate, 1-2 parts of white carbon black and 10-12 parts of flame retardant; the antioxidant is an oligomeric phenol micromolecule; the flame retardant is one or more of aluminum hydroxide micro-or nano-particles, magnesium hydroxide micro-or nano-particles, zinc borate micro-or nano-particles, red phosphorus, antimony trioxide, molybdenum trioxide and ammonium octamolybdate. The invention aims to provide the ultra-low smoke density damping sheet with good damping performance, solves the problem of smoke density through the preferred embodiment of the flame retardant, and achieves the ideal effect. |
