titleOfInvention | Ferrocene-modified glutathione-activatable BODIPY derivative and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a ferrocene-modified glutathione-activatable boron dipyrromethene photosensitizer and a preparation method thereof. The invention firstly prepares a BODIPY matrix containing trifluoromethyl, then introduces two heavy atom iodides at 2 and 6 positions of the matrix by electrophilic substitution reaction to increase the probability of intersystem crossing and the quantum yield of singlet oxygen, then expands a conjugated system thereof by condensation reaction to ensure that the conjugated system is absorbed and moved to a red light region so as to facilitate photodynamic therapy, and finally modifies a ferrocene group covalently connected with an S-S bond by classical click reaction so as to obtain the glutathione-activated anticancer photosensitizer. The BODIPY photosensitizer derivative has the advantages of simple synthetic method, easily obtained raw materials, low cost, less side reaction, high yield and easy purification, and is beneficial to industrial production. |
