abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a deuterated aromatic compound, and particularly relates to a method for preparing a complex deuterated aromatic compound by a one-pot method, which combines palladium-catalyzed carbon-halogen bond reduction reaction with participation of deuterium anions and palladium-catalyzed coupling reaction with participation of bromides, takes halogenated aromatic hydrocarbon and brominated alkane as starting raw materials, sodium deuterated formate as a deuterated reagent, N, N-dimethylformamide as a solvent, a metal palladium complex as a catalyst, and organic phosphine as a ligand, and fully reacts at 30-100 ℃ under the protection of inert gas to synthesize a target compound. Compared with the traditional deuteration method, the method has the following advantages: the method has mild conditions, starts from simple and easily-obtained raw materials, directly obtains the complex deuterated compound by one step, and avoids the traditional multistep synthesis method; expensive deuterated reagents are avoided to be used as solvents in the reaction process, so that the production cost is reduced; the deuteration rate of the target product deuterated aromatic compound is more than 98 percent. |
