| abstract | The invention relates to a cutting and sample-making device for an outer skin of a cable. The two sides of a vacuum working table are provided with transverse moving cylinders, a push rod of each transverse moving cylinder is provided with a clamp, and the clamps on the two sides are inwards contracted by adjusting a gas circuit to clamp a cable of an outer skin to be cut; a punch clamping area is arranged above the transverse moving cylinder and is loaded on the press; the transverse moving cylinder is also provided with an axial moving cylinder, and the axial cylinder is provided with a cutting tool which can cut cable sheaths with different thicknesses; a hollow dumbbell-shaped blanking port is formed in the middle of the vacuum workbench, and air suction holes are distributed on the workbench around the hollow dumbbell-shaped blanking port; the hollow dumbbell-shaped blanking port corresponds to the central vacuum adsorption plate. The invention improves the efficiency of cutting the cable and avoids the complexity and inaccuracy of manual cutting operation. |
