abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of a high-flux bubble-containing polyacrylonitrile-based filter membrane, and the membrane is applied to dye desalination. Firstly, zinc chloride aqueous solution is prepared, and hydrophilic functional groups are introduced by dissolving hydrophilic macromolecules. Then adding acrylonitrile monomer, second comonomer and initiator, and initiating free radical homogeneous grafting reaction under stirring to obtain the hydrophilic polymer grafted polyacrylonitrile-second monomer copolymer casting solution. The viscosity of the casting solution is adjusted by adding hydrophilic polymer and second comonomer, bubbles are introduced under the stirring condition, and the content, size and distribution of the bubbles are controlled by controlling the stirring speed, stirring time and vacuum defoaming time. And (3) preparing the bubble-containing high-flux polyacrylonitrile-based filter membrane by using water as a coagulating bath. The membrane has high retention rate on protein and body type dyes, almost has no retention on inorganic salt, and has wide application prospect in the field of protein and dye desalination and purification. |
