abstract The invention provides a heat treatment device for harvested Chinese medicine gardenia fruits, which can realize temperature control and production continuity in the heat transfer process. The device comprises a machine shell, a machine frame and a water tank. One side of the top of the casing and the other side of the bottom of the casing are respectively provided with a feed inlet and a discharge outlet which are communicated by three layers of grid conveyor belts. The conveying tail end of each layer of conveying belt is provided with a guide baffle plate, the conveying belt in the middle layer is driven by a low-speed motor to drive a gear disc reversely, and the conveying belts in the other two layers are driven by adjacent gears to drive the gears forwards; a water tank at the bottom of the frame is provided with a heater, an ultrasonic atomizer, a temperature sensor, a water supplementing kettle and a high water pump and is connected with a control panel; and a high-pressure centrifugal spray head is arranged right above each layer of the conveying belt and is connected with a hot water pipe, and the hot water pipe is connected with a high-pressure pump in a water tank. The invention has simple structure, can effectively reduce the evaporation and the loss of water in the thermal processing process, improves the heat transfer efficiency, saves the energy consumption and can automatically complete the hot water treatment of the gardenia fruits.
