abstract | A liquid resin composition which does not generate toxic cyanogen gas during combustion, can maintain flexibility even at low temperatures, and can be foam-molded in a short time by mixing at room temperature. In a liquid resin composition comprising 100 parts by weight of a base resin (A), 2 to 100 parts by weight of a chemical blowing agent (B), and 1 to 30 parts by weight of water (C), a polymer having a hydrolyzable group bonded to a silicon atom, having at least 1 silicon group crosslinkable by forming a siloxane bond in the molecular chain, and a unit constituting the main chain composed of an oxyalkylene unit is used as the base resin (A), and a bicarbonate (B-1) and an acidic compound (B-2) having an acid dissociation constant pKa of 3.0 or less are used as the chemical blowing agent (B). Thus, a modified silicone resin foam is obtained which does not generate toxic cyanogen gas during combustion, can maintain flexibility even at low temperatures, and can be foam-molded in a short time by mixing at room temperature. |
