Small biota sequence variants of tumor-associated epitopes |
abstract |
The present invention relates to cancer immunotherapy, in particular to sequence variants of tumor-associated epitope sequences. That is, the present invention provides a method for identifying small biota sequence variants of tumor-associated epitope sequences. Such small biota sequence variants can be used to prepare anticancer drugs because they are distinct from self-antigens and thus they can elicit strong immune responses. Accordingly, medicaments comprising sequence variants of small biota, methods of making these medicaments and uses of these medicaments are provided. |
