abstract |
The present invention provides a double-shell silicon carbon material, comprising an inner core, a first shell layer wrapped outside the inner core and a second shell layer wrapped outside the first shell layer; the inner core is SiO x material and/or Silicon nanoparticles; the first shell layer is a porous metal oxide; the second shell layer is a carbon layer. Compared with the prior art, the present invention helps to buffer the larger volume expansion of the inner layer SiO x material and/or silicon nanoparticles by coating the inner core with porous metal oxide, and then coating the outer core with the porous metal oxide. The carbon layer helps to form a relatively stable SEI film and maintain the stability of the SEI film; thus, the double-shell silicon carbon material has both high rate performance and good stability through the above-mentioned double-shell structure. |
