titleOfInvention A kind of QuEChERS pretreatment method suitable for the analysis of amphetamines in blood
abstract The invention discloses a QuEChERS pretreatment method suitable for the analysis of amphetamines in blood. The method uses QuEChERS extraction reagent to effectively extract amphetamines in blood, and uses material package to purify the complex matrix of blood, and finally conduct sample detection and analysis. The method mainly includes the collection of blood samples, the extraction, separation and purification of amphetamine and related substances in the blood. The blood sample volume required by the method of the invention can reach at least 0.2 mL, the minimum detection limit can reach 0.3-1.0 ng/ml, and the pretreatment of a single sample can be completed within 15 minutes. The method is simple to operate, consumes less sample, effectively eliminates complex matrix interference in blood, greatly increases the recovery rate, and significantly improves the sensitivity, and can be widely used in forensic poisons and forensic clinical detection.
