titleOfInvention | Bio-based composite dust suppressant and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a bio-based composite dust suppressant, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10-30% of cardanol polyoxyethylene ether, 10-30% of cardanol sulfonate, 1-5% of calcium magnesium lactate, 0.5-1% of diatomite/sodium carboxymethylcellulose compound, 0.5-3% of glycerol and the balance of deionized water; the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) dividing the deionized water into A, B parts; (2) adding cardanol polyoxyethylene ether, cardanol sulfonate, calcium magnesium lactate and glycerol into a stirring tank 1 filled with A parts of deionized water, and stirring until the cardanol polyoxyethylene ether, the cardanol sulfonate, the calcium magnesium lactate and the glycerol are completely dissolved to obtain a mixture a; (3) adding the diatomite/sodium carboxymethylcellulose compound into a stirring tank 2 filled with B parts of deionized water, stirring at 50 ℃, and standing to obtain a mixture B; (4) and uniformly stirring and mixing the mixture b and the mixture a to obtain the bio-based composite dust suppressant. The dust suppressant provided by the invention has good biodegradability, does not pollute water and soil environment for the second time, and has the dust suppression efficiency of over 90 percent. |
