abstract | The invention discloses a pinellia ternate paddy-upland segmented seed breeding method, which adopts a floating plate for seedling culture, reasonably allocates the proportion of medicine residues and perlite, can accurately control the water content of a matrix, meets the higher requirement of pinellia ternate seed germination on moisture, and ensures that pinellia ternate seeds germinate smoothly; the fermented dregs are rich in nutrition and provide sufficient nutrients for the pinellia ternata in the early germination stage. In the dry seedling stage, the pinellia ternata seedlings are subjected to concentrated domestication by adopting a mixed matrix of loam, traditional Chinese medicine residues and perlite, strong seedlings are cultivated, and the incidence rate of the seedlings is reduced. The method can improve the germination rate of the pinellia ternata to more than 90 percent, reduce the field management cost, facilitate the large-scale production of the semi-summer seedling and provide sufficient high-quality seed sources for planting the pinellia ternata. |
