The present disclosure particularly relates to formulations comprising one or more active agents and one or more thermal stabilizers and blended with a first propellant as a gaseous propellant, then filled into a package under pressure; the The first propellant is added in an amount sufficient to be dispersed in the formulation; the package is in sufficient quantity to be suitable for expelling the formulation as a foamed formulation when an external force is applied to the formulation in the package under pressure.
