titleOfInvention One-dimensional paper chip for immunodiagnosis and preparation method and application thereof
abstract A one-dimensional paper chip for immunodiagnosis and its preparation method and application are provided. The one-dimensional paper chip is provided with a carrier, a probe, an upper clamping plate and a lower clamping plate, wherein the probe is fixed on the carrier, and the carrier is arranged between the upper clamping plate and the lower clamping plate. Treating the surface of the carrier; cutting the carrier into long strips; immobilizing a probe on a carrier; folding the carrier, and distributing the crease lines on intervals among the probes; the folded carrier is a one-dimensional paper chip strip-shaped carrier fixed with different probes; placing the folded carrier between an upper clamping plate and a lower clamping plate, aligning the point position containing the probe and the round holes of the upper clamping plate and the lower clamping plate, and then fixing; the lower part of the lower splint is padded with absorbent paper for absorbing water; adding a sample to be detected into the circular hole of the upper clamping plate, separating out from the lower clamping plate along the probe, and absorbing the sample by absorbent paper; adding a marker or a group for detection and the like into the circular hole of the upper clamping plate, separating out from the lower clamping plate along the probe, and absorbing the marker or the group by absorbent paper; taking out the carrier, and placing the carrier into an instrument for detection. Can be applied to immunodiagnostic detection.
