abstract The invention discloses a method for measuring the elevation angle of a ground shelter based on a satellite-borne three-dimensional optical image, which comprises the following steps of firstly reading the satellite-borne optical three-dimensional image and a point file; according to each file, constructing an RPC model and coordinates of various points; determining initial values of ground point coordinates and an image space transformation model; constructing an error equation point by point; the error equation is processed through a law, the law equation is changed to eliminate the ground point correction number, and the inversion process is optimized to obtain an affine transformation correction number; continuously updating ground point coordinates and image orientation parameters through an iterative process; calculating object space precision and image space precision during each adjustment iteration, outputting correction parameters and precision reports of the adjustment object space precision and the image space precision, and updating an RPC file; selecting characteristic point pricking points of a measuring area on the three-dimensional image, and outputting a pricking point file; and finally, acquiring the geographic coordinates of the feature points by using the updated RPC file, and calculating the elevation value and the observation precision of the elevation value.
