abstract | The invention discloses a solvent-free heavy-duty anti-corrosion bottom surface integrated coating. The coating comprises A component and B component, and the coating is obtained by mixing the A component and the B component in proportion. Wherein, the A component is composed of resin, pigment, filler and auxiliary, including: modified polyaspartate resin, titanium dioxide, polytetrafluoroethylene powder, nano-alumina, water absorbing agent, leveling agent, Silicone defoamers, antioxidants, UV absorbers, polyamide waxes and epoxy reactive diluents. Compared with the commercially available epoxy coatings and acrylic polyurethane coatings, the coating of the present invention has less organic volatile matter content, and belongs to an environment-friendly coating; the coating has moderate viscosity, fast drying speed, good compatibility with other resins, and is compatible with substrates. The material has good fusion, strong adhesion, full appearance of the coating film, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and good toughness. |
