titleOfInvention Method and device for treating desulfurization wastewater by coagulation chemical oxidation co-precipitation method
abstract The invention relates to the technical field of calcium carbide slag desulfurization wastewater treatment, in particular to a method and a device for treating desulfurization wastewater by a coagulation chemical oxidation co-precipitation method. The invention utilizes the principle that the KSP of calcium carbonate is smaller than that of calcium sulfate. After the calcium carbide slag wastewater is stored and precipitated, the sodium carbonate is neutralized in the tank, so as to remove a large amount of calcium ions in the desulfurization wastewater and make the main reducing substance in the water sulfurous acid. The roots are present in the desulfurization wastewater in an ionic state, and after adding the oxidant sodium hypochlorite in the oxidation tank, the sulfite ions can be oxidized more effectively to reduce the COD in the water, and then the sodium hydroxide solution is added to the stirring tank in turn to polymerize. After aluminum chloride solution and polyacrylamide solution, flocculation and precipitation can achieve the purpose of discharge of desulfurization wastewater up to the standard. The process of the invention is simple, the device operation is simple and the cost is low, and the desulfurization wastewater after treatment can be directly discharged up to the standard, thereby realizing the green production of the enterprise.
