abstract | The invention provides a surface-modified polyaryl ether nitrile bone implant material containing a phthalazinone structure and a preparation method thereof. A functional coating is prepared on the surface of the polynaphthalene biphenyl polyarylether nitrile, and the functional coating comprises a bone morphogenetic protein layer with osteogenesis activity and adsorbed by static electricity. The protein layer with osteogenic activity comprises bone morphogenetic protein, collagen, osteopontin, plasma fibrin and the like, and is fixed on the surface of the poly (squarylium) nitrile of the naphthalene biphenyl by means of electrostatic adsorption. The surface immobilization of the protein includes a functional group or a monomolecular layer having an active functional group, in which the protein is electrostatically adsorbed to the surface of the heteronaphthalene biphenyl polyarylether nitrile. The three-dimensional surface structure and the functionalized coating can improve the osteogenic activity of the poly (arylene ether nitrile). |
