abstract | Discloses a temperature-sensitive color-changing shape memory material for indicating deformation temperature and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of high polymer materials. The material comprises a master batch, auxiliary materials and a color-changing pigment changing along with temperature, wherein the master batch comprises polycaprolactone, the addition amount of the auxiliary materials comprises a filler, and the value range of the color-changing temperature of the color-changing pigment changing along with temperature is the same as the value range of the deformation temperature of the master batch; the addition amount of the auxiliary materials is 5-23% of the mass of the master batch, and the addition amount of the color-changing pigment changing along with the temperature change is 2-10% of the mass of the master batch. The method comprises the steps of putting master batch into an internal mixer for first internal mixing; adding color-changing pigment and auxiliary materials which have the same value range as the deformation temperature of the master batch and change along with the temperature; putting the mixture into an internal mixer for secondary internal mixing; and vulcanizing to obtain the temperature-sensitive color-changing shape memory material for indicating the deformation temperature. Which indicates the shape change transition point of the shape memory material by a color change at the shape change transition point of the shape memory material. |
