abstract | The invention relates to a simple preparation method of low-cost 3-amino-4-methylpyridine. The method takes halogenated crotonaldehyde as a raw material, and the halogenated crotonaldehyde is sequentially subjected to addition, methylene condensation and aminopyridine cyclization with nitromethane to obtain 4-methyl-3-nitropyridine, and then the 4-methyl-3-methylpyridine is prepared by reduction. The method has the advantages of cheap and easily-obtained raw materials, mild conditions, simple, convenient and safe operation, high reaction selectivity, high product yield and purity and low cost. The process has high atom economy and less three wastes. |
