The invention discloses a method for raising seedlings in a teak mycorrhizated light substrate container, the specific steps of which include the propagation of inoculants, seed collection, germination, preparation of light substrate cups, inoculation on cups, and seedling cultivation and management. After germination, the obtained sprouts are planted into non-woven three-dimensional cups equipped with light substrates, and fungal inoculation is carried out at the same time to achieve mycorrhizalization of the seedlings, and then high-quality teak container seedlings are obtained through seedling cultivation and management. The method is beneficial to strengthen the propagation and cultivation of teak species, and the mycorrhizae is beneficial to enhance the water and mineral absorption capacity of the teak root system, and improve the drought resistance of the plant and the survival rate of afforestation. |
