titleOfInvention A kind of detection method for identifying whether mulberry leaves are frosted
abstract The invention utilizes the non-targeted plant metabolomics technology combined with the orthogonal signal correction partial least squares discriminant analysis method to distinguish frosted and unfrosted mulberry leaves. Specifically, a detection method for identifying whether mulberry leaves have undergone frost is provided. F/chlorogenic acid, and tryptophan/chlorogenic acid. The analysis method of the present invention can effectively distinguish frost mulberry leaves and mulberry leaves, intuitively discriminate their classification conditions, quickly and accurately obtain differential markers that can distinguish the two, and the detection results are accurate and reliable.
