titleOfInvention SNP molecular marker related to sheep multi-lamb traits and primer group, kit and application for detecting ESR1 genotyping
abstract The invention provides an SNP molecular marker related to single-fetus and multi-lamb characters of sheep, and a primer group, a kit and application thereof for detecting ESR1 genotype of sheep, belonging to the technical field of sheep SNP molecular markers. Based on the sheep genome sequence information version number Oar _ v3.1, the SNP molecular marker site is an A/T base mutation at the 75378892bp site on the No. 8 chromosome of sheep, and has obvious correlation with the sheep multi-lamb trait. The lamb performance of the sheep to be tested can be determined by typing the ESR1 genotype of the sheep. The method for detecting the genotype of the SNP locus of the sheep has higher sensitivity, accuracy and cost performance, can realize automatic detection on the SNP locus, and can select and reserve AA individuals in the breeding process of the sheep, thereby improving the fertility of the sheep.
