titleOfInvention A method for preparing active peptide using walnut meal and prepared walnut active peptide
abstract The invention provides a method for preparing active peptide by utilizing walnut meal and the prepared walnut active peptide. The method includes the following steps: pulverizing the walnut meal to obtain walnut meal powder, dissolving the walnut meal powder, adjusting the pH to 8-10, stirring and centrifuging to obtain a supernatant, heating the supernatant to 50-80 DEG C, and adjusting the pH to 8-10. 10. Stirring and centrifuging to obtain a solid substance, adding an enzyme preparation for enzymatic hydrolysis to obtain an enzymatic hydrolysis solution, inactivating the enzyme, sterilizing the enzymatic hydrolysis solution, and spray-drying to prepare walnut active peptide powder. The invention utilizes walnut meal to extract walnut active peptide, realizes high-value utilization of low-value resources, the preparation method has simple production process, and the prepared walnut active peptide has high purity and high polypeptide content.
