The preparation method of the temperature-sensitive nano antibacterial system of the hydrogel thin layer/mesoporous hollow silicon comprises the steps of preparation of nano silicon spheres, surface treatment of the nano silicon spheres, preparation of the hollow mesoporous silicon spheres, loading of an antibacterial agent and coating of a temperature-sensitive outer layer material. Compared with the preparation sequence of directly synthesizing mesoporous silicon and then performing surface treatment in other patents, the preparation method ensures that the surface graft is grafted only on the non-mesoporous part of the mesoporous silicon, and the mesoporous part retains the property of the nano silicon, thereby increasing the carrying capacity of an antibacterial system for antibacterial agents. |
