titleOfInvention A kind of antibacterial hydrogel and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of a novel biocompatible antibacterial bacterial cellulose/polyethyleneimine hydrogel, which belongs to the technical field of biomedical gels, and is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) bacterial cellulose (BC) Preparation of solution (2) Bacterial cellulose/polyethyleneimine antibacterial hydrogel was prepared by in-situ chemical crosslinking by using bacterial cellulose and polyethyleneimine as cross-linking agent with epichlorohydrin. The method has the advantages of rapid gelation reaction, simple reaction system and high gel plasticity. Due to the existence of bacterial cellulose, the antibacterial hydrogel prepared by the present invention has high mechanical strength. Compared with traditional small-molecule antibacterial materials, the bacterial cellulose/polyethyleneimine antibacterial hydrogel prepared by the present invention has broad-spectrum antibacterial effect and good biocompatibility.
