Then use solid-phase extraction or silica gel mixing to perform separation and purification by silica gel column chromatography, and then collect the eluate for further concentration to obtain a mixed solution of different homologues of alkyl resorcinol. The high-performance liquid chromatography analysis showed that the different congeners in the alkylresorcinol product had the advantages of good separation and high purity.
