abstract | The method for extracting total flavonoids from Litchi grass includes the following steps: (1) selecting fresh Litchi grass as a raw material, drying, pulverizing and sieving; (2) soaking in ethanol and ultrasonically treating; (3) extracting to obtain a crude extract of Litchi grass (4) Preparation of adsorption resin; (5) Resin adsorbing the crude extract of Litchi grass; (6) Elution and drying to obtain Litchi grass flavonoids; (7) Drawing a standard curve to calculate the average content of total flavonoids in the sample; (8) Pair Total flavonoids were tested for antioxidant capacity. The invention has the advantages of simple operation method, improved extraction content of total flavonoids from lychee grass, and greatly improved quality (including high purity, good solubility and dispersibility), and the preparation of solid beverages with the total flavonoids from lychee grass helps to improve the economical efficiency of lychee grass value. |
