titleOfInvention Cell preservation solution and its preparation method and its application in flow cytometry and antibody testing
abstract The present invention provides a cell preservation solution, a preparation method thereof, and its application in flow cytometry and antibody testing. The present invention provides a cell preservation solution composition, which comprises Na 2 HPO 4 , NaH 2 PO 4 , NaCl, KCl, a blocking agent and a preservative and antibacterial agent. The present invention also provides a cell preservation solution, which is prepared from the cell preservation solution composition and water, and has a pH of 7.0-7.4. The invention also provides the preparation method of the cell preservation solution and its application in the flow antibody test. The cell preservation solution of the present invention can be used for long-term effective preservation of cell samples in experiments, and especially has long-term stable preservation effects for cell samples tested by flow and antibody tests.
