The present invention provides a screening method for glucocorticoids and derivatives thereof. The method is based on UPLC-TOF MS/MS technology, and adopts MS E mode to collect mass spectrometry (ESI + ) full information on samples. Based on the parent nucleus in the chemical structure of GCs, several common GCs were divided into 12 groups. By classifying and analyzing the mass spectra, the same characteristic ion fragments of each group were found, and the characteristic ion database of the common parent nucleus was established. The Chromlynx module in the Masslynx software of Waters mass spectrometry was used to automatically screen and analyze GCs, and the screened chromatographic peaks were further confirmed by combining the information of mass spectrometry fragmentation characteristics, ion accurate mass, isotopic abundance, and ultraviolet absorption spectrum. Targeted screening technology can screen and identify illegally added glucocorticoids and their new derivatives without reference substances. |
