abstract | The invention provides a method for evaluating the quality of white leeks by one-measurement and multi-evaluation method. First, an HPLC content determination method for three main medicinal components in white leeks is established, and resveratrol is used as an internal reference to calculate the content of the other two active components. The relative correction factor, and the system applicability and method reproducibility of the relative correction factor were investigated. The color peaks were located according to the relative retention time, and the content of each component to be tested was calculated in combination with the relative correction factor. The mutual verification of the standard method proved that there was no significant difference in the content determination results. The method of the invention overcomes the problems of high cost and difficult availability of reference substances, calculates the content of the index components through the relative correction factor and the chromatographic peak positioning, realizes the simultaneous determination of various medicinal substances in A. radix, can save costs, simplifies operations and improves efficiency , and the detection sensitivity is high, the stability is good, and the measurement results are accurate and reliable, which is of great significance to the quality control of A. chinensis and the guarantee of clinical efficacy. |
