titleOfInvention High-performance gene vector based on glycidyl methacrylate and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses a high-performance gene vector based on glycidyl methacrylate and application thereof, wherein three functionalized cationic polymer vectors (abbreviated as PGEA, PGAP and PGHA) are constructed based on methacrylate, can be directly dissolved in water, and can effectively and completely fix genes with negative electricity. In the presence of heparin sodium, the three cationic polymer carriers PGEA, PGAP and PGHA and the gene compound solution have better stability in the in-vivo blood circulation process and better transfection effect in cells. Compared with Polyethyleneimine (PEI), the cationic polymer containing hydroxyl disclosed by the invention can promote endocytosis and transcription of the cationic polymer carrier/gene complex. The method can effectively control the molecular weight of the required cationic polymer and precisely synthesize the cationic polymer carriers with different polymerization degrees. In the invention, the experimental conditions are mild, the operation is simple, the purification is convenient, and the method is suitable for industrial production. Therefore, the method can be used for constructing different functionalized cationic polymer vectors and has a wide market application prospect as a gene vector in the future.
