titleOfInvention A pine endophytic bacteria FBS135 and its application
abstract The present invention relates to a pine endophytic bacterium FBS135, which belongs to the genus Pantoea eucalypti and has been deposited in the Chinese Center for Type Culture Collection of Wuhan University, with the deposit number CCTCC NO: M2019198, and the deposit date is April 9, 2019. The 16S rDNA sequence of the pine endophyte FBS135 is shown in SEQ ID NO.1. The pine endophytic bacteria FBS135 of the present invention has a promoting effect on the growth of pine trees, and the test data shows that the pine tree growth promoter prepared by using the bacteria plays a significant role in promoting various growth indicators such as the roots, stems and leaves of the pine tree seedlings, and can promote the growth of pine trees. Increase the systemic stress resistance of pine seedlings, reduce the infection of pathogenic bacteria and the chance of morbidity and death under adversity.
