abstract | A method for preparing powder polycarboxylate water-reducing agent using ultrasonic waves in bulk polymerization, wherein the polycarboxylate water-reducing agent is made from the following raw materials: methallyl polyoxyethylene ether macromonomer, acrylic acid , initiator, chain transfer agent. The method for preparing powder polycarboxylate water-reducing agent: put 85-150 parts of methallyl polyoxyethylene ether macromonomer into the reaction kettle in parts by mass, heat up to 65-75 ℃ with ultrasonic heating and start stirring , melt it; mix 20.1-32.2 parts of acrylic acid and chain transfer agent, stir well to obtain liquid A; after the monomer at the bottom of the kettle is completely melted, then put the initiator into the reaction kettle, and use a constant-flow pump after stirring and dissolving. The prepared liquid A is added dropwise, and after the dropwise addition is completed, the aging reaction is carried out by heat preservation; after the reaction is completed, the material is discharged and the temperature is lowered to obtain a solid polycarboxylate water-reducing agent. The method has the advantages of short synthesis reaction period, low production cost, high macromonomer conversion rate, safe and reliable preparation process, and green environmental protection. |
