abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of 2, 3-dichloro-5-trifluoromethylpyridine, which comprises the following steps: (1) firstly, filling a catalyst into a reaction tube, and then installing the reaction tube on a fixed bed; (2) introducing mixed gas of nitrogen and hydrogen, heating the reaction tube and preserving heat; (3) closing the hydrogen, continuously introducing nitrogen and cooling to the reaction temperature; (4) stopping nitrogen, simultaneously pumping raw materials of 2-chloro-5-trifluoromethylpyridine and a solvent into the reaction tube, and introducing chlorine; (5) 2, 3-dichloro-5-trifluoromethylpyridine can be obtained by reacting the raw material 2-chloro-5-trifluoromethylpyridine with chlorine at high temperature. The invention uses 2-chloro-5-trifluoromethyl pyridine and chlorine as raw materials, adopts the formed catalyst to carry out chlorination reaction, and has simple process, convenient operation and high conversion rate. |
