The octreotide (OCT)-coupled nano-chitosan (CS) molecular beacon (MB) for early diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer of the present invention is firstly synthesized by a self-assembly method to synthesize the nano-chitosan molecular beacon (CS-MB), Then, the octreotide-conjugated nano-chitosan molecular beacon (CS-MB-OCT) was synthesized by chemical reaction using glutaraldehyde as the cross-linking agent. The CS-MB-OCT nanocomposite can dynamically monitor the occurrence of lung cancer according to the fluorescence intensity. At the same time, octreotide itself or this complex further inhibits the expression of microRNA by combining with the microRNA highly expressed by tumor cells, so as to achieve the purpose of tumor inhibition. It can be applied to lung cancer cells, lung cancer nude mice and early-stage lung cancer transgenic mice. Model live animal imaging has the characteristics of strong targeting, high transfection efficiency, high specificity, good stability, low background and high tumor inhibition rate, which will provide new ideas, new methods and new technologies for the early diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer . |
