abstract | The invention relates to the field of barrier films, in particular to a water vapor barrier film. In order to solve the problem of poor water blocking performance of the existing water vapor barrier film, the present invention provides a water vapor barrier film. The water vapor barrier film includes a substrate layer, and at least one surface of the substrate layer is provided with a low surface energy coating. At least one surface of the substrate layer has a micro-nano structure; the low surface energy coating covers the surface of the micro-nano structure. The water vapor barrier film provided by the present invention has a superhydrophobic surface, and the surface of the water vapor barrier film has a superhydrophobic effect, and the water vapor barrier film provided by the present invention can be used for a flexible substrate, and can effectively block moisture from entering the flexible substrate. |
