titleOfInvention Preparation method of graphene-immobilized laccase
abstract The invention provides a preparation method of graphene-immobilized laccase. The immobilized laccase uses a two-dimensional crystal material graphene with excellent electrical conductivity as a carrier, and immobilizes the laccase on the surface of the laccase through non-specific adsorption. On the carrier, the preparation method includes two steps: carrier preparation and laccase immobilization. Specifically, the carrier graphene is prepared by using phenol as a raw material by graphitizing the sandwich-like FePO 4 /dodecylamine nano-layer composite and exfoliating it. Post-synthesis, laccase immobilization is the immobilized laccase product obtained by non-specific adsorption of laccase on the surface of evenly dispersed graphene, followed by centrifugation, washing and drying. Using the graphene used in the present invention as a carrier can significantly improve the electron transfer rate in the enzyme catalyzed reaction process and improve the reaction efficiency, and at the same time, the immobilized laccase prepared by the method has a large immobilized amount, high activity, good stability, and can be It is recovered from the reaction system, can be used repeatedly, and the preparation process is simple and easy.
