abstract | A supermolecular system polymer microgel for oil reservoir deep profile control and flooding and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a supermolecular system which is composed of two types of spherical polymer microgel and is formed by electrostatic interaction and a preparation method thereof; the water-soluble polymer is prepared by adopting an inverse microemulsion photopolymerization method and an inverse emulsion thermal polymerization method, has the density basically the same as that of injected water, and can be quickly dispersed in the injected water and absorb water to expand; the free state with the same electric property is presented at the initial stage of entering the stratum, and the free state is very easy to enter the deep part of the stratum; after reaching the designed position, the electric properties of the anion and the cation are respectively expressed to form a supermolecular system aggregate. The size, compactness, spatial topological structure and electrical expression of the aggregate are adjustable, and the aggregate can be self-repaired and re-aggregated after being sheared and dispersed; the problems of injectivity, pore throat matching, plugging depth, plugging strength, onset time, breakthrough failure and the like of the oil reservoir deep profile control and flooding material are solved, the application range of the microsphere profile control and flooding material is widened, and the profile control and flooding material has broad spectrum, long-acting property and multiple cycles. |
