The invention discloses a grafted nylon material and a preparation method thereof. In parts by weight, the grafted nylon material includes the following raw material components: nylon, 100 parts, 0.5-7 parts of graft modifier, and 0.5 part of antioxidant. In the present invention, the grafting effect of nylon and the grafting modifier occurs in the melt extrusion process, and the prepared grafted nylon material can greatly improve the elongation at break and impact resistance while maintaining excellent tensile strength. The method of preparing the grafted nylon material by simple mechanical blending and melt extrusion has excellent mechanical properties, low production cost and simple production process, and is suitable for large-scale industrial production. |
