abstract | The invention belongs to the field of high molecular function membrane materials, and particularly relates to a perfluorinated sulfonic acid ion exchange membrane and a preparation method and application thereof. The invention adopts an emulsion polymerization method, obtains a polymer with narrower molecular weight distribution through the polymerization reaction of a perfluorosulfonic acid ether monomer and a chain transfer agent, and prepares the perfluorosulfonic acid ion exchange membrane by using a tape casting method. The perfluorinated sulfonic acid ion exchange membrane has the advantages of narrow molecular weight distribution, controllable molecular weight, larger crystallization area and degree of crystallinity, good ion selectivity and excellent mechanical property, and can be better applied to flow batteries. The preparation process of the perfluorinated sulfonic acid ion exchange membrane is simple, mild in condition and suitable for large-scale production. |
