abstract | The invention relates to a water-based polymer emulsion for an integrated ceiling finishing coating and a preparation method thereof, which mainly comprises the introduction of a reactive functional group, the optimization of a seed-shell composite emulsion ball structure, the selection of a composite and reactive emulsifier and the comprehensive design and preparation of a multi-component polymer co-polyacrylic acid type emulsion. The introduction of the reactive functional group is achieved by copolymerization of acrylate monomers containing hydroxyl or epoxy groups. The core-shell composite milk ball structure comprises an inner core with higher glass transition temperature and an outer shell with lower glass transition temperature, provides optimized hardness and toughness balance, and designs higher content of carboxylic acid and reactive groups in the outer layer of the milk ball. The emulsion adopts a composite emulsion stabilizing system, and comprises an emulsifier containing reactive groups (such as hydroxyl). The emulsion can reach high temperature reactivity after being mixed with curing agents such as water-based amino resin and the like. |
