abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of resveratrol compounds, belonging to the technical field of organic synthesis. Firstly, carrying out oxidation addition and reduction elimination reaction on alkoxy substituted benzyl halide, alkoxy substituted benzaldehyde and a metal catalyst to obtain alkoxy substituted diphenylethanone; and then the alkoxy substituted diphenyl ethanone and the metal catalyst are subjected to reduction, trans-elimination and selective debenzylation in a hydrogen atmosphere to obtain the resveratrol compound. In the preparation method, the hydrogenation reduction, the trans-elimination and the selective debenzylation reaction can be realized by a one-pot method, and trans-olefin is directly obtained by the reaction, so that the generation of isomers is avoided; the selective catalytic debenzylation of the reaction eliminates Lewis acid from the source, has the advantage of high yield, and is a green and environment-friendly process. Experimental results show that products obtained by the preparation method provided by the invention are all trans-olefins, the purity can reach more than 99.5%, and the yield is more than 80%. |
