The invention discloses a catalytic purification method of phenol in a process for synthesizing anisole by a methanol method. The method adopts a catalytic conversion method to react phenol and methanol in a gas phase to synthesize the phenol and 2,6-dimethylbenzene recovered from the process of synthesizing anisole. The 2,6-dimethylanisole in the methyl ether mixture generates 2,6-dimethylphenol and methanol under the action of a catalyst, and then through a conventional rectification process, phenol and 2,6-dimethylanisole can be obtained. The effective separation of methyl anisole overcomes the problem that 2,6-dimethyl anisole and phenol cannot be separated by a rectifying tower due to their close boiling points. The catalyst used in the method of the invention has a simple preparation process, low cost, high conversion rate, good selectivity and long service life for catalyzing the reaction of 2,6-dimethylanisole, and can realize simple and rapid separation of phenol and 2,6-dimethylanisole The purpose of methyl anisole, the 2,6-dimethylphenol generated at the same time can be sold as a product, and the separated phenol and methanol can continue to be recycled as raw materials for synthesizing anisole. |
