abstract | The invention discloses a gold-dressing efficient collecting agent for a gold-containing porphyry copper sulfide ore and application thereof, wherein the formula of the efficient collecting agent comprises 15-40% of xanthic acid collecting agent, 15-40% of mercapto compound collecting agent, 10-30% of ethyl thiocarbamic acid-O-isopropyl ester, 10-30% of azonitrile ester, 10-30% of dithiophosphate collecting agent and 15-35% of dimethyl sulfoxide. The invention utilizes the synergistic effect of different collectors, not only improves the flotation effect of gold, but also has better flotation index to copper, reduces the loss of precious metals and useful metals in the flotation process, and can bring certain economic benefit to a separation plant; compared with the improved flotation process and equipment, the composite material can be prepared by compounding common flotation reagents, so that manpower and material resources are greatly saved, and the flotation reagents used in the invention are simple to prepare and cheap and easily available in raw materials. Therefore, the collecting agent and the method for separating gold are economical and efficient. |
