titleOfInvention Cell size detection method based on micro-fluidic microscope system
abstract The invention discloses a cell size detection method based on a microfluidic microscopic system, which comprises the steps of introducing a cell diluent into a microchannel, and capturing a cell initial image of a single-frame main channel acquired by image acquisition software; then, for the captured initial cell image, segmenting cells in the image by an image processing method to obtain a single cell image; and finally, counting the cell size based on all the divided single cell images and drawing a size distribution diagram to obtain a cell size detection result. The invention reduces the error of the algorithm for cell size detection, increases the accuracy of cell size detection, fills the blank of cell size statistics by using a lens-free microscopic system based on a microfluidic technology, enables the microfluidic system to be applied to cell size detection, and especially provides reference for diagnosis of anemia blood diseases for the size detection of red blood cells.
