abstract The invention relates to a preparation method of a porous spherical TiO2 nano-catalyst using natural casein as a template. The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: firstly, the casein is modified by caprolactam to obtain a modified casein emulsion with good stability and uniform size, and then the nano-TiO 2 precursor is slowly added to it and the obtained mixed solution is subjected to ultrasonic treatment, Then, it is injected into a polytetrafluoroethylene hydrothermal reactor for hydrothermal reaction. The precursor of nano-TiO 2 is supported by the multi-level hydrophobic pores inside the modified casein micelles, and the porous spherical TiO 2 nano-catalyst is obtained by in-situ hydrothermal growth. The invention can prepare a photocatalytic material with high photocatalytic efficiency and weak degradation effect on the substrate, which is expected to be used for the photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants in sewage and the construction of self-cleaning coating.
